Do my customers need an app?
No. A branded iOS and Android app is the full experience; QR access works with no download at all. You choose, we build either.
Does it work with my current tools?
Tell us which booking system and customer tools you use. We’ll confirm what connects before setup. Appointment workflows need a supported calendar connection, and customer messages require opt-in.
What stays in my hands?
You set the priorities, offer rules and approval points. New campaigns come to you on WhatsApp for approval. Routine reminders can run within the rules you’ve already agreed, with changes brought back to you.
What does it cost?
$100/month in Lebanon covers your branded app and Mudeer managing it for you. Campaign usage costs extra. We’ll confirm the included usage, the charging basis and any additional rates with you before you start, so you can review the full cost. Additional modules and integrations are scoped with you.
